Scholarship Competition

THE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION

The Arts Club of Washington sponsors the Ann Bartsch Dunne scholarship competition for students pursuing studies in the arts at a college or university in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The winner receives a  $1,500 award, first runner-up $1,000, and second runner-up $750.

The 2012 Focus: Digital Design

Digital design integrates and expands fine arts, photography, graphic communications, and digital media, offering artists and designers a wide new means of expression.

In 2012, scholarships will be awarded to students whose work reflects an outstanding use of digital technology and techniques in 2-dimensional art and design.

Eligibility
The competition is open to college students in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia between the ages of 18 and 26. There is no entry fee.
